All of our products are made with 100% human hair. There are a few steps you can do to test hair. A strand of human hair can be burned using a lighter. It will smell like burnt protein and turn into ashes if it is touched with your fingers. You can smooth a single strand of hair by taking it from the tip to the roots and running your fingers along its length. However, after you reverse the direction, the hair will feel less smooth and dry.

Our lace wigs are usually comfortable to wear, even without glue. They can be secured using elastic bands, combs, and adjustable straps inside the wig. In order to gain a secure or overnight wear, we suggest adhesive glue to be added by a professional hairstylist.

Although it's possible to alter the color of our natural black hair, we recommend purchasing blonde hair for coloring. It can become damaging to lift the color of natural black hair to light colors. If you plan to custom color, we recommend using a professional hairstylist. Our 100% human hair products are the same as the hair that would grow from your head. This means that it can last for as long as possible. However, it depends on how it's treated and how it's used.

We've had numerous clients who have maintained the same hair for several years with the help of nutrients and consistent maintenance. They may purchase a new bundle from us every few months to maintain their length and fullness

The majority of our orders are usually shipped within two business days after placing an order. All orders will typically reach the customer within a week.

Upon receipt, we will gladly accept the return of unused hair products. In order to be considered for a return, the hair must be in excellent condition, by being untampered, not bleached, not trimmed, intact, and for wigs the lace untrimmed. Hair products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept used human hair products. This is because we care about our customers' hygiene and safety.

Kindly follow these steps to initiate a return.

1. Within 7 days after receiving your order, contact our customer care department to initiate a return. We will expedite the process if you provide us with details, such as the reason for your return and any relevant pictures.
2. After receiving your request, our representative will contact you to provide the return address. Upon receipt of the item, your refund will be processed within two business days. A refund will be issued based on the original payment method.

If your item is received as used, then a refund will not be issued. Customers are responsible for the shipping label cost of the returned items.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE
